MY APPROACH
It’s possible to have a lifestyle based on GI comfort instead of distress, and my sole purpose is to help you restore your gut health through education, not judgment.
Based on your lifestyle, my goal is to help you develop realistic dietary strategies tailored to your specific digestive disorder.
I’m as much a teacher, facilitator, and strategist as I am a registered dietitian, and with my leadership, you can learn which foods help, which hurt, and how you can manage the difference.
Hi, I’m Mallory Grassmuck,
MS, RD, LD
I’d like to pretend that in my spare time I’m a bee keeper, a tri-athlete, and create ice sculptures with chainsaws. But here’s the reality: My husband and I have two young sons and most days we’re just happy if our boys leave the house wearing matching socks.
It’s been eleven years since I shifted my professional focus from that of a general-practice dietitian to a specialist in the field of digestive disorders.
My other reality is the sense of accomplishment I receive knowing I’ve helped my patients restore their GI health through diet therapy.
As a GI dietitian, I look forward to working with you.

- It’s possible to travel without the fear you won’t make it to the next roadside rest or wait in line on a flight.
- It’s possible to make (and keep) commitments without canceling at the last minute.
- It’s possible to be confident while grocery shopping and packing meals to eat at work or school.
